Facebook launches – Facebook Audience Insights, which is a new tool that can be exploited by marketers, by giving us insights about our potential or present customers, thereby allowing us to tailor the message to them in a better way.
Once you choose the type of audience you can analyse details and get insights on their Demographics, Page Likes,Location, Language, Purchase Activity, Facebook Usage.
Audience Insights varies from Page Insights, as it looks at trends about your current or potential customers across Facebook, but Page Insights looks only at the interactions within your Page (i. e ., likes, comments and shares).
Potential of something like this is tremendous as you can better design an online marketing campaign and even better analyse the results of the same.
This is accessible within the Ads Manager, and has been rolled out for the U.S. this week and will be available on other countries in the next months.
